產品說明：

● 本設備是一種智能型全自動裝箱機，采用高速分配裝置包裝各種容器，可包裝塑料扁瓶、圓瓶、異形瓶，各種大小玻璃瓶盒子等，另外也適用于帶隔板的包裝箱。

● 由瓶夾（內置橡膠，以防損傷瓶體）夾住瓶體（每次1-4箱），放入打開的紙箱中，當抓頭抬起時，將紙箱排出，送至封箱機（此裝箱方式也適用盒子等其它產品）。

● 本機采用三菱PLC + 觸摸顯示屏控制。設有缺料報警停機，無料不裝箱等安全裝置。

● 本設備方便操作、管理、減少生產人員的勞動強度，是自動化規模生產必不可少的設備。

● 全部電氣元件均選用國際知名品牌，整機性能穩定可靠。

● 裝箱速度快，適合大批量、高速度的流水線自動包裝作業。

Specification:

● SH-ZX02 is a fully-automatic intelligence case packer, it can be easily formatted a variety of sizes of bottles.

● The gripper is picked the head of bottles and placed into the erected carton.

●Once it finished, the full carton will be discharged and conveyed to the case sealing machine.

● It's capable of speeds up to 5-25 cases per minute.

● Utilizing PLC and touchscreen of Mitsubishi.

● Full safety interlocked guarding. Insufficient coming will be stopped.

● Easy to program, maintain consistent operation, increase productivity and reduce labor costs.
