In daily production packaging, there is always such a failure in the packaging machinery in operation, especially in the hot summer, the frequency of equipment failure is increasing. Common three major packaging machinery use failure analysis and solutions.

First, common faults are that the shrinking machine heats up slowly or cannot rise to a higher temperature (above 160 degrees Celsius). The main reason is that the heater's line is the main power line through a magnetically permeable switch and then to the electric heating tube, if the line does not pass through it. One phase, the above phenomenon often occurs. At this time, it is possible to detect whether the contacts of the magnetic switch are normal, and then check the meter to see if the ohmic values of the phases are the same as the machine. If both of these are normal, the device is short-circuited. The box machine manufacturer can make corresponding line inspection and maintenance to solve the short circuit problem. If the problem has not been solved, there is still a possibility that each phase is connected but the line or the electric heating tube is abnormal, and the heater needs to be replaced at this time;

Second, common faults occur when the equipment is working and the film material is easily offset and cannot be fed normally. In case of this situation, the film roll position and the tension balance bar can be adjusted and the test run again. If the fault cannot be eliminated, the condition can be adjusted according to the situation. The angle of the triangular plate, the upper film material is offset from the clamping chain, the upper triangular plate can be adjusted clockwise, and the lower film material is offset from the clamping chain, and the upper triangular plate can be adjusted counterclockwise;

Thirdly, when a 6-pack bundle is packaged in a common fault, the electric eye cannot detect the package, and the machine can easily cut the package when working. In the face of such a device problem, the angle of the horizontal electric eye can be adjusted to an oblique angle, and the electric eye can be detected. The probability of the gap in the package, thus avoiding the chaos in the work.
